Objektif: Reduce weight from 66kg to 64kg + endurance
Gear:Use Jacket and tight
Diet:No Chiken and Drink a lot of water

40minutes easy pace
Wednesday
Mid Day-35min easy pace + 10 min gym(hamstring) light weight
Evening-rest.
Thursday
Mid Day-30min jogging+streching10min.
Evening-60min easy
Friday
Morning-30min easy pace
Mid day-30min jogging
Evening-50min easy pace
Saturday
Morning-45 minutes easy
Evening-Rest
Sunday
